any avid gamer with a webcam and a passion for gaming can carve out a
profession in the gaming industry. Of course, there have always been the roles of
games journalists, reviewers, developers and the like. It seems that a new era of
gaming professional is upon us. We are living through the age of the streamer.
Streaming through Twitch, Youtube or other platforms allows gamers to create a
brand for themselves. To produce their own content consistently and gather a
community of fans that just love watching them live. It’s a pastime that if done
right, can earn a lot of cash and make your name known in the gaming world. So
with that in mind, we thought we would run through five of the fastest rising
streamers right now. These are individuals that epitomize the ‘career from my
bedroom’ business model and with any luck, if you emulate their actions, maybe
you can too. So here is our list of the five fastest-growing streamers of the
moment.
5 – DreamWasTaken (Dream)
First up we have Dream, a Minecraft Youtuber who has been one of the catalysts
behind Minecraft’s return to form in recent years. After about five years off the
boil, Minecraft is now at the trending in mainstream gaming circles again and a
large part of that is down to Dream. Dream has actually been making Minecraft
content since back in 2014. However, it was only in 2019 that he saw his content
take off in a big way. This was down to some very creative changes to the
content he was making.
With the help of other Minecraft Youtubers, Dream and his collective of Minecraft
playing pals were able to draw up incredible stories, manhunts and other fun
concepts that are so watchable, even for those that don’t necessarily have any
interest in Minecraft. This rise in popularity has seen Dream grow his channel
massively and he has accumulated over 670K new followers in the last 30 days

4 – DnellTV
Next up, we have DnellTV, a 21-year-old streamer who plays a variety of games
such as Fortnite, Among Us and GTAV. However, ever since 2018, Dnell has
been maining NBA 2K as his main gaming content. In terms of what sparked this
guys growth on Twitch, it’s hard to pinpoint. We believe that it’s been the
culmination of hard work, consistent content and the fact that his content appeals not only to gamers but also to basketball fans too, allowing him to reach millions
more people globally.
DnellTV has really surged in popularity in the last 30 days. His follower numbers
have jumped up by over 1.5 million. Meaning that this guy is one of the most-
watched gamers of the moment. So if he continues on this trend, he may have a
very long and happy future in the gaming industry ahead of him. We wish him

3 – ExoTYB
Now we have ExoTYB, another rapidly growing gaming channel that you need to
watch out for. This guy splits his time pretty equally between three different titles.
If you watch ExoTYB, you’ll be able to enjoy some GTAV content, some Fortnite
Content and even some FPS action in Valorant too.
In terms of where this guy is at the moment figures wise, he’s absolutely killing
the game. In the last 30 days, his channel has seen unprecedented levels of
growth, with approximately 2.7 million new followers flocking to his channel. We
don’t know if it’s his charming personality, his game choice or simply the excellent
and consistent content that’s drawing in the views but we say keep it up.

2 – MzBETRAYAL (Nicki)
Now, we have the current runner up for fasting growing channels of the moment.
In at second spot, it’s MzBETRAYAL, otherwise known as Nicki. She makes up
100% of the female streamers on this list but does so in style. Nicki is known for
her bubbly and quirky personality, her cool aesthetic and she is also well known
within the GTAV community as this game makes up 96% of her overall streamed
content so far. Not a bad choice if you ask us.
She’s been surging up the trending charts in the last 30 days, with numbers that
blow almost everyone else out of the water. She’s managed to accumulate over
3.12 million new followers in that short space of time and if we were in the habit
of betting, we wouldn’t bet against her keeping this trend going. So if you want
some quality GTA content with a difference, give Nicki a watch.

1 – Ezzi
Then in at the top spot, we have a Fortnite pro who is making big waves lately.
We are of course talking about the former member of Team Overtime, Ezzi. As
you would expect from a pro-Fortnite player, this is just about the only content
you are likely to find on his streams. However, considering that Fortnite has been
the top watched game of the week on Twitch more times than we can count, I’m
sure no one would be too upset with that fact.
Thanks to his consistent stream schedule, his loyal community of followers, his
fantastic content and just a dash of luck, Ezzi has managed to top the fastest-
growing charts for this month with a growth of 3.15 million followers, just edging
out Nicki by about 30K. It’s quite an achievement from the young man and we
can’t wait to see if he can keep this trend going next month and beyond. We
suppose only time will tell.
